Unleash Your Child’s Inner Artist
This summer, the Ringgold Depot is coming alive with color. Local artist and art professional Lesley Austin is bringing her one-of-a-kind Kids Art Camp to downtown Ringgold, and your rising 3rd through 6th grader is invited.
Over five afternoons, campers will dive into the world of acrylic painting, learning real techniques and processes in a hands-on, encouraging environment. Each day builds on the last, and each day ends with a finished painting your child created themselves, ready to hang on your walls at home.

About Your Instructor
Lesley Austin is a local artist and art professional with a gift for nurturing creativity in young people. Her approach goes beyond technique by meeting each camper where they are, encouraging their natural artistic instincts, and creating a space where kids feel confident picking up a brush. She also weaves scripture into her lessons, making each session as enriching for the heart as it is for the imagination.

Who: Rising 3rd – 6th graders
When: Monday – Friday, July 27-31, 2026 | 1:00 – 4:00 PM each day
Where: Ringgold Depot | 155 Depot Street, Ringgold, GA 30736
Cost: $150 per camper
Capacity: Limited to 20 students
