Unleash Your Child’s Inner Artist
This summer, the Ringgold Depot is coming alive with color. Local artist and art professional Lesley Austin is bringing her one-of-a-kind Kids Art Camp to downtown Ringgold — and your rising 3rd through 6th grader is invited.
Over five afternoons, campers will dive into the world of acrylic painting, learning real techniques and processes in a hands-on, encouraging environment. Each day builds on the last, and each day ends with a finished painting your child created themselves — ready to hang on your walls at home.

About Your Instructor
Lesley Austin is a local artist and art professional with a gift for nurturing creativity in young people. Her approach goes beyond technique — she meets each camper where they are, encourages their natural artistic instincts, and creates a space where kids feel confident picking up a brush. She also weaves scripture into her lessons, making each session as enriching for the heart as it is for the imagination.

Who: Rising 3rd – 6th graders
When: Monday – Friday, July 27-31, 2025 | 1:00 – 3:30 PM each day
Where: Ringgold Depot | 155 Depot Street, Ringgold, GA 30736
Cost: $150 per camper
Capacity: Limited to 20 students
Please dress for a mess — wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on!
