Step into an interactive murder mystery dinner show unlike anything else in town. Mystery at the 1980s Prom pairs a full Italian buffet dinner with a live, immersive whodunit performed right at the tables, part scripted plot, part improv, and entirely dependent on the audience to crack the case.
Dinner includes bread rolls, salad, a pasta entree, dessert, and a choice of soft drinks, tea, water, or lemonade, served up while a cast of larger-than-life characters works the room. Guests are invited to interact with the characters, gather clues, and help solve the crime by the end of the night, though jumping into the action is always optional.
Expect a family-friendly comedy full of laughs, a dance segment, and a detective who is a little more bumbling than brilliant.
This is a one-night-only performance on Saturday, August 15 at 7:30 p.m.
Please note: after 12 seasons at the Ringgold Depot, The Ringgold Playhouse has moved just a few doors down to 7847 Nashville Street.
