First time coming into this place. Just moved to Ringgold from miami Florida. I was waiting to go into work when I goggle searched nearest coffee shop and you guys appeared Kade and Molly were extremely nice and attentive. Best customer service I can ask for. These women were super nice. I couldn’t ask for a better service got myself a toasted plain bagel and a sleigh ride with an extra shot of espresso and whip cream. The girls were the best m. Definitely coming back more often.

Absolutely best little coffee shop, it's so quaint and homey. The staff was very polite and helpful; and the coffee was absolutely amazing!! It was definitely worth the 50 mile drive up there. I'll be returning. ❤️

First visit here and it was awesome! The ladies were so helpful with helping me make a decision. So many good options to choose from! Got the combo, strawberry tea and death by chocolate protein shake. Both were delicious! I just wish they had a place like this closer to where I live (I live in NJ but am in Georgia visiting my cousin)!

my boyfriend went to get me a tea and they gave him the worst customer service he has ever encountered. she acted as if she didn't want his business, couldn't make anything on their list because they were out of one flavor, so I asked if they could just put the other 3 flavors that was in the tea and she said no it has to be an item menu, asked maybe 3 different flavors and was told they couldnt make it ,was very rude about it . he walked out , i asked him to please go back in and ask if they could make a different flavor and she seemed very annoyed when he wasnt rude to her or anything was very patient with her... would never recommend this place to any one and will never purchase from here again.

Not sure what has happened to this location over time but it has REALLY gone downhill. When you pull in at night you can't even tell if they are open or not because they keep the lights turned off now. Most of the menu screens don't work or have been removed completely. They were out of cheesecake mix for the milkshakes and most of the time the fries you get are ice cold. Requesting sauce for the groovy fries rarely works because they either don't give it to you or they are out. I would love to see this place come back to life since it had always been my go to Sonic since high school.

This location has really gone downhill. Every time I come here the staff are rude. This mornings visit I ordered and asked a question and the girl taking my order was rude to me like most are when I come. I get to the window and she has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I paid and she closed the window, after sitting there waiting about 10 mins I look over and there's a bag sitting in front of the window. I wonder if its my food and 5 mins later the same girl opens the window and hands me the bag that had been sitting there the whole time. I was trying to give this location another chance but I see it's not worth it at all. I won't be coming back.

We ordered 2 milkshakes. I was such and ended up not being able to drink mine. It wasn't even good and cold. Isn't a milkshake suppose to be frozen??? Today I look over at the milkshake and it looks exactly as it did yesterday when I got it from the drive-thru. How is that??? It's still is fluffy and hasn't sank any from supposedly "melting"... WHAT IS IN THEIR MILKSHAKES?!?!?!? Sorry, not getting another on from Sonic. I don't trust the ingredients... Same with McDonald's. The reason for my one star rating.

I came through drive thru on Thursday Feb. 27 2025. I placed my order which consisted of a #4 a #5 and a #13. When I got home they had left out the #13 sandwhich, along with the bacon on the #5. They didn't even give a recipt. The owner of this place needs to raise the standards. When I tried to call no one answered and the voice mail sa I d no one is available to take my call. Which is hog wash.

This was the worst food ever! The fries weren't even eatable. Chicken sandwich is probably going in the garbage. I also had a double cheeseburger that I ate and now feel ill. Place is just disgusting. Oh and they had no ice. This place needs to be shut down. If I want to waste 20 bucks I'll go elsewhere. People work hard for their money and I don't care that it's fast food it should still be good enough to eat and not get sick.

Employee making sandwich takes for ever and we had to wait 30 mins for serving 3 customers. The only reason I go to subway is the quick healthy option I would have gotten earlier in a dine in restaurant. Very pissed

Consider yourself lucky if the order is correct here. The workers don't make online orders when they come in, so they're rarely ready when you expect them to be complete. Workers are too interested in hitting their vapes. There's a Subway at the 350 exit (KOA Blvd), choose that one instead.

Forget this location. The franchisee should just tap out. Every piece of my order was wrong. It's not hard to read a screen and make a sandwich. I even tipped these jokers 20% prior. The Nashville street location is trash, and deserves to be treated as such. I have already contacted subway corporate, because this isn't the first time my mobile order has been completely wrong. If you want a correct order, then go to the Koa Blvd location. They don't accept most coupons, but atleast they can read a screen.

Toaster apparently broke and fell off in the floor and this is the second time subway has gotten me. Measured my 6inch sandwich and it’s actually 5 1/2 inches. $7.49 for this little pathetic sandwich that ain’t even the way I want it. So done with subway!!!

Really wish I could leave a big 0. Ordered from doordash and the dasher sat at the store for an hour waiting on my order. I ordered a cold cut combo with lettuce, American cheese, banana peppers, tomato, onion, mayo and chipotle sauce on Italian bread with two cookies for my husband for dinner at his request. Sounds pretty tasty right… well the “sandwich” looked as though it was pulled from the trash. It was hard bread, old meat, shredded cheese and a dollop of mayo tossed in a bag. The cookies were hard as rocks. Health department needs to check on this place pronto. I’m sure this is not Subway standards by no means! Fresh? Ha!

I have a couple of issues to address here. First of all, DO NOT USE THE APP. The app is trash. While it seems like a normal app, the store apparently has no way to let you know that they are out of everything. That might be a slight hyperbole, but this store literally had no bread and no cookies. No bread. At a sandwich shop. So when you're order says ready, and you to pick it up, guess what? You get no food and no refund. That's right. The store doesn't know how to do it. The manager doesn't know how to do it. The app is useless and the website sucks too. Hopefully corporate will respond to their email. If I could give them a zero, I absolutely would.

Don’t place an order through the app and expect to get your food and also you should expect to have issues when showing up at the store to receive a refund because they don’t answer the phone. Order was placed on the app and it said it was ready for pickup, got there to pick it up and the employees said they are closing down. I call for 2 days and then the third day I’m able to stop by personally to ask for my refund. The employees were super rude and told me I would have to come back Monday to talk to the manager and they said they didn’t have documentation of my online order but yet never asked me for my order number or name or anything. They automatically wasn’t going to give me my refund. I told them they don’t get to keep my money that’s not how that works. One employee asked me why I took so long to come back which is none of their business because I can’t get a refund after 72 hours. Then as I was walking away with plans on talking to the manager Monday, they started literally running their mouths as I’m walking away!!!! So I had to go get the lovely circle k manager who helped me get my refund back politely and professionally how it should be done. I got my refund right then when the rude subway employees wouldn’t even take my name or order number and just automatically tell me I can’t get a refund.

Ordered thru app @1:25 arrived at 1:40 was greeted with "it will be a while" I left returned to restaurant at 205, still not started even. Very rude lady overall just complained about being alone for 2 days to everyone in store. If she would quit complaining about her job and just work, I think she may be a more productive which may lead to a better attitude

We hired Sugar Chic to do two cakes for our wedding in October. She paid attention to every single detail we wanted. She even did an amazing job at keeping the grooms cake a secret until the very moment he got to see it at the reception. The flavors of both cakes were amazing. I will definitely be back for all of our future cake needs.

Person taking order did not know what was in the taco salad. Then she asked a server, she wasn't sure either. But did say it came with dressing. No dressing served with it. I asked if she could come get me when order was ready, went to bar to have a glass of wine. She agreed. Interacted with a random server, she put an order in for a glass of chardonnay. She was pleasant and professional. Waited till I had my wine. Waited for order. I noticed an order waiting, I asked about mine, she said she would go check. They order that had been setting there was mine. We had previously selected a dessert. I should have checked my bag. When I got back to hotel no dessert. Walked back to restaurant. When initially leaving restaurant watched a server and perhaps boyfriend have an argument in parking lot. Watch order taker and server texting on their cell phones. I am positive on the food and server that got me my wine. Front of house is amateur hour. I could go on, but won't.

Food was good, decent portions and *in general* reasonable prices. I had the hand battered fish, which came out as breaded (not battered). There were several menu items (mainly pasta) removed from the menu. Most entrees in the $15-$17 range. However, when we received the bill, there was an additional 3% "house charge" added to the bill. Please just reflect this in the menu prices. This felt very deceptive and I am reducing by one star due to this business practice. They had a 5-piece band that started playing on Saturday night at 7p. Rather loud for the dinner crowd, but you can avoid some of the loudness by sitting on the right side front as you enter.

3/15/25 very good breakfast! 5/8/24 good lunch, the hamburger steak dinner with baked potato was delicious so were the fried mushrooms. But I was not a fan of the house salad. And the menus are outdated, they still show the old owners! 2/24/24 back for Brunch today. Service was friendly and good. Food was served fast and hot. Would be nice to have a larger breakfast menu . 1/6/24 back for brunch and put on bar side and it was loud. Rude host but friendly server. We were disappointed that they had not made any menu changes. Friendly staff with good efficient service. Food is good and the restaurant is clean. I really enjoy their Saturday brunch. Only complaint I have is the Chow Burger is not even close to the original Chow Burger from the Chow Time. They could use some lessons on this item.

Well, hello Aunt Effie's! So the wife and I went antuquing up in the Ringold Georgia area over the past weekend. While we were out picking, we asked around for the best place to grab lunch, NOT a chain restaurant! Boom! Aunt Effie's is the place! Gotta say that this local funeral was amazing! We sat ourselves and were waited on in no time and soon had our drinks. We looked over the menu, and it was perfect. Just what we were looking for. I had a hand battered chicken breast with creamed potatoes and mac and cheese. When I asked if I wanted cornbread or rolls, I answered....yes! She looked at me and said, "I know just what you want!" Then proceeded to bring me both! Score!! My wife had the loaded baked potato and a bowl of homemade beef and vegetable soup. She was amazed at the amount of toppings on the taters and the beef in the soup. All in all, i must say, Aunt Effie's is THE place to go in Ringold if you want great food, great service, and great pricing! Definitely recommend Aunt Effie's!

Ah, the Frisco Melt from Aunt Effie's—a culinary revelation draped in nostalgic charm, where comfort meets indulgence, and decadence becomes an art form. This gastronomic marvel beckons with its golden, toasted exterior and promises a sensory journey unparalleled. The bread, crisp yet yielding, is toasted to perfection, embracing the essence of the melt with buttery devotion. It forms a sanctuary for the riches within, a cradle for a medley of textures and flavors. Each bite of this crust whispers of home kitchens and seasoned skillets, of love infused into the mundane. At the heart lies the patty—a symphony of savory, char-grilled ecstasy. Juicy and tender, it holds a secret within its folds: the perfect mingling of melted cheese, cascading like molten gold. This duet of beef and cheese is a celebration of culinary harmony, where the richness of the meat waltzes with the creamy allure of cheddar. Above this foundation, layers of fresh vibrance unfold. Crisp lettuce adds a note of verdant brightness, a whisper of health amidst the indulgence. Slices of tomato, plump and ruby-red, bring a tangy sweetness that dances across the palate, a reminder of summer gardens and sun-drenched days. And then, the sauce—a mysterious alchemy of tangy, savory, and creamy notes that ties it all together. It seeps into every crevice, every fold, uniting the disparate elements into a masterpiece of flavor. It is both glue and glory, a testament to Aunt Effie's genius. To partake in the Frisco Melt is to revel in an experience. It is a bite of nostalgia wrapped in culinary innovation, a tribute to all that is comforting and familiar, yet elevated to the extraordinary. It is a dish that whispers of Aunt Effie’s passion and commitment to flavor, inviting all who dare to take a bite to step into her world of edible wonders. This creation, this Frisco Melt, is not just food—it is a story. A story of care, of tradition, of the eternal pursuit of the perfect bite. It is the kind of dish that lingers long after the last crumb has vanished, a memory etched in the heart and on the taste buds. Aunt Effie, with her Frisco Melt, has not just served a sandwich. She has served an experience, a moment of bliss that demands to be savored and celebrated. For in the golden crunch of the bread, the molten embrace of the cheese, and the harmonious medley of toppings, lies a love letter to all who seek joy in the simple pleasures of food.

Came here cause the reviews were great and as long as I’ve lived in Ringgold I’ve never ate downtown. Sadly to say this was pretty rough. Service was good. Friendly. Food was just plain awful. I had high hopes cause some of it looked really good! But the portions were small and food was as bland and appetizing as an old shoe. (The photo I included says it all) they some how made a hotdog on dry kraut look like a turd. We thought it was supposed to be a sausage but it was just a burnt hotdog. The meat loaf was eh at best. Bland taste to everything. Needless to say it was bad just like most restaurants in Ringgold. Good service though. Just look at that photo and tell me you would eat that. Sheesh. 😬

Nothing quite like a meat and three for comfort food while travelling. I'd read review that recommended the fried pork tenderloin and the review was absolutely accurate... SCRUMPTIOUS!! The sweet potato casserole and the corn fritters were also off the chart tasty. Like most good meat and three restaurants, it's not a fancy place, but there's a little more satisfying than a good selection of mix and match meat and vegetable choices. And it's a nice stop to get off the highway for a moment. We will probably stop by again when we're traveling to Atlanta again.

This is a very good place to go if you are hungry. The portions are amazing, 2 people could eat off one entree and one appetizer. The quality was definitely 5 stars and everything tasted freshly made and cooked. The wait staff are very nice and courteous. Our servers name was Cheryl and she was amazing, so nice and and a very good worker. Definite recommended stop while in Ringgold GA.
