Clean, nice rooms and excellent service (Dave is a very hard working young gentleman). A HUGE shout out to Jeremy who went above and beyond to repair the hot tub for us after our long trip through GA, especially Atlanta traffic. Thanks for a relaxing and restful stay.

We checked in on 9/14 and I woke up in the middle of the night covered with bed bug bites. I reported to the front desk who notified the GM Mike. I was assured that I would receive a refund in the amount of $132.68, which I confirmed with my credit card company. When I received my latest bill, I noticed that they had charged me back for the amount they had credited. While the front desk staff was extremely helpful and considerate, their GM LIED to me. We will NEVER stay at this location again, which is a shame since we are in the area frequently to visit family

This is unlike any Hampton I have ever stayed. The staff was great, very pleasant, which is amazing considering the stressful work conditions. I would guess Management is terrible considering I personally witnessed 2 different families on different days return to front desk because someone was already in their room. Staff mentioned rooms are overbooked. The room was really really BAD! No hot water in sink, vanity worn-out, sink scratched up, bathroom light switch broken, shower door fell off, front door latch bent and unusable, rust on one of the lamps, room and hall smelled.

The room was not clean by no means! The floor was so dirty it was greasy! The carpet was yuck and shower yuck! The service was pretty good, and food choices were good! They are going through what looks like renovations, so I'm hoping it all improves. I normally stay at Hilton Hotels, and everything is perfect.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. So run down! Very unclean! The bathroom was disgusting with the shower full of mould. Absolutely no sound proofing - could hear every word coming from the rooms next door and doors slamming all night into the early hours. Air conditioning unit was so loud when it kicked on and off - and the heat in the hallways was unbearable.

Time: Summer 2024. Situation: 1 overnight, 1 traveler on long road trip. Overall, an excellent overnight hotel and would stay here again. While on a long road trip, found this place between Chattanooga and Atlanta to overnight. Check in was super fast and the clerk was friendly. I found that most TRU hotels are identical, with a lots of seating in the lobby area and a pool table. The gym was small but clean and had the basics, nothing missing. The room was very clean, and I appreciate the better quality toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion), the kind that works and doesn’t burn your skin. On check out, the housekeeper checked my room right away, found my electric toothbrush, and the front desk called my cell while I was still in the parking lot. When traveling this highway, I typically stay in Dalton or Ringgold because they are 33% cheaper than hotels to the north toward Chattanooga or south toward Atlanta. I would definitely stay here again.

Fair guest service. Price is way too high for the night stay. Room is very uncomfortable. Nothing cozy about the stay. Bed is way too soft (even for a petite person). Would recommend driving to another exit for a comfier stay. This feels like it was just thrown together at bare minimum. Editing to add - we discovered we didn’t have hot water in our room and considering we had a little one with us, we just moved rooms so at least a different one was provided but it was still a hassle you don’t expect to have.

2nd stay here! We love Tru by Hilton. This is one of our favorite locations. The staff are always very hospitable and welcoming. The rooms are always very clean. The bathroom this time was a little questionable- there were a few hairs left in the shower and the sink had not been cleaned. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the pillows and the bed. This stay was a little uncomfortable. The bed felt like it was a 20 year old mattress with springs poking out and the pillows might as well have been air. No support at all. Please update your mattresses and pillows.

Walking in, the hotel is modern and decorated nicely. The evening front desk assistant was very friendly. The hallway and elevator are clean and smell fresh. The walls are painted with near designs. Our room was very clean and smelled nice. I always do a bug check in the beds no matter where I stay, safe to say that also passed my inspection. Nice big t.v. in the room with cable and a mini fridge. There was no microwave or coffee maker in our room. We are staying 1 night in a small room with a king sized bed. It was $140ish. The shower pressure was wonderful! I love it when hotels have the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Taking a shower and using the lemon sugar lotion is a must! Breakfast was great and plenty of options. They have a pretty neat self making pancake maker that had sprinkles in them, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruits, yogurt, bagels, toast, and oatmeal. There was coffee, juices, and milk. You won't go hungry in the morning. And the morning desk assistant was super nice and chipper. We are very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I see several reviews complaining about the dog fee, it literally tells you the pet fee on the web site. People need to do their research before staying. We didn't check out the pool, but with everything else being so clean and nice I am sure it's fine. I can see the workout room when we go to the elevator and it looks nice too. We are about 30 minutes from Ruby Falls and Rock City.

I was here for 3 days (Labor day weekend)The rooms were nice, the front office people were great and everyone was friendly and helpful at the front office. The breakfast food was ok there are a lot of restaurants nearby I will say there is an old smell in the halls I would suggest maybe some type of plug in or air freshener but that's not a big deal. I will definitely be back again. The two housekeepers are nice as well the man housekeeper seems to have a little attitude but he might have been having a bad day either way it's a great Hotel and I'll be back.

Easy check in with friendly staff. Room was clean, the property was well kept, and hotel felt safe and comfortable. In the morning the Breakfast area was well maintained with attentive staff and the coffee was good. Not much else to say, good value, a quite and clean room, good coffee in the morning. It was a good stay!

We booked a standard room with 2 queen beds. Our room had double beds. The floor felt slightly damp, which I guess explains the smell. The room stunk. The air conditioner was very loud and inefficient. The room was so poorly insulated that we were awaken all night by doors closing and people talking at a normal volume in the hallway. The room was dusty and had cobwebs. The trim was partially pulled off the wall on one side of the room. The breakfast was decent.

Service was great! Got a broke down trucker in a room before it was ready. Very clean and close to the Peterbilt shop. Only complaint was the bathroom in 105. Towel rack is on the wall above the toilet. Opposite wall of the shower and no towel hook near the shower. Then any water that escapes the shower puddles right at the base of the toilet before it might slowly drain into the floor drain.

I would give it 0 starts if I could, but I can't so I'm going to inform you on how bad this hotel is. First of all, the lobby STINKS really bad. It smells like they had a sewer flood, and the sinks have mold in them, I almost brushed my teeth with that infested water! The so called "kitchen" is tiny and it's basically in the bathroom, the shower has stains in it and there's dots in the ceiling. PLEASE save your money and DO NOT come here.

I stay here whenever I’m in town for business. The staff is so helpful and accommodating if there’s anything wrong. The rooms are always spotless and the beds are very comfortable. The gym is small but affective. The breakfast is grab and go but they have hot breakfast sandwiches and omelettes as well as other essentials. They are also cleaning the lobby regularly so you know it’s nice and clean. You also can’t beat the location. One night my team and I were up late in the lobby working and they brought us snacks and water which was so nice!

Stayed for about 7 hours total, was in a hurry to get back home. The front desk lady was super nice and helpful and was super quick getting me checked in even though I was early due to the time change that happened right up the highway. Rooms were as clean as possible. Linens were all super comfy and had zero issues with anything. Dove soaps and lotions in the bathrooms, which was nice bc a man traveling alone forgets things sometimes... ME! I will definitely be looking for more Avid hotels and will pay extra for the cleanliness of the hotel and my room.

We were assigned a room with bugs and unwashed floors. We were given a replacement room that had dirty floors and bad odors. The Staff's attitude was abysmal. The final room was just okay enough to sleep. The Milk was warm, the bathroom had hairs in it. The Toilet wasn't fully screwed in to the floor. Water pressure sucked. The location is difficult to access. The beds are back breaking, and the general building was cheaply put together. The lights were brightly shining into the room, and trucks could be heard roaring all night long OVER the Air-Conditioner. You'll be sorry.

Nice looking new hotel. Check in was painfully slow, and we were given an uncleaned room. A visit to reception and we got a cleaned room. It's handy for I-75, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The Hotel was great. Nice Clean Room, Excellent Breakfast, Friendly Front Desk. The only negative is that when I reserved the rooms I called the number on the Website and was unknowingly hooked up with a third party, and when I needed to cancel a fourth day was penalized with having to pay for all 4 days. I definitely prefer to deal directly with the Hotel, and not a third party booking service.

Had a very nice stay here. Clean rooms with TONS of space, spa like bathrooms and very courteous staff. Highly recommend if you are passing through or if you are visiting Chattanooga and want to stay away from the busy, it is a nice and quiet area and the restaurant out front has excellent food and service. They do have EV chargers which is a huge perk but the hotel management really needs to consider re-evaluating the pricing structure as it is outrageously expensive.

Spring hills by Marriott- This hotel is newly renovated and had nice spacious and clean rooms. On first day had many options for breakfast and everything was great quality. Next day they were out of some of the items like chocolate milk, cream cheese. In addition they had very bad sewage smell in the whole lobby and in the room whole night that day which made it not a pleasant experience. They moved us to new room but we shouldn’t be paying $140 per night for that night specially. They must offer some discounts for the inconvenience.

Very nice and clean hotel. Without researching, I would assume it is very new. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The TV had no reception but our check in was late. I reported it in the morning, so I cannot comment on maintenance. Evening staff and morning breakfast attendant were extremely friendly and helpful. Morning help was not as much so when reporting the tv, but certainly not unfriendly. Would definitely stay again. Clean, comfy beds and good breakfast.

This hotel was a great pick for our family of 5. The place feels very new and was not crowded, though it was a Tuesday night. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast nice and plentiful. The TV swivels which is nice for watching on the sofa or the beds. The one complaint that I have is that the AC unit blows directly at the head of whomever (me, in our case) is sleeping on the side of the bed closest to the unit. I solved this by placing some shorts secured with a shoe over that part of the vent- it worked very well but is indicative of a design flaw in the rooms. An easy fix though so I didn't knock off any stars to an otherwise very nice stay.

Love this place. Close to everything. Comfortable beds, awesome water pressure, very professional staff!!! All that at a reasonable price!! The pool was closed, but I'm from the mountains and the coolest it was there was 97, so I didn't want to go swimming anyways. I appreciated also that restaurants were within walking distance too!!!

Very very clean. Reasonable price. Friendly and helpful desk clerk. ***stayed again last 7/19/24 Friday night. Room was immaculately clean. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I've stayed in along 75. Bridget was so friendly. I called an hour away and she had our room ready. Best room for the value. Most other hotels have horrible reviews and cost too much to sleep a few hours driving south to north or north to south. The hotel is so reasonable and clean. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Will stay again....

The first room I stayed in the satellite didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work. The man on night shift swapped my rooms. The first room I was in was extremely nice. The second room the tv was extremely glitchy couldn’t really watch anything but I was tired and stressed from losing my home and then getting into a wreck the other day and totaling our 2022 charger my husband had only had for 1 and half months. I haven’t been able to see our kids either. So I didn’t want to bother the guy yet again bc my tv sucked. I rarely complain unless it’s outrageous but I’ve been going through HELL lately and I figured if I’m paying to stay I should have a tv I can watch. I slept it off and waited till the morning after I came back from my dr which i had to walk for an hour there and back. Hot! So I was praying I wouldn’t be treated like I was just complaining to complain. I’m also a diamond member for Wyndham too so I get a different kind of customer service when I call the actual Wyndham line. But there’s no reason. The woman who checked me in yesterday was at the office when I finally got up the nerve to call and ask to be switched. I told her I didn’t care if it was king or queen or double just non smoking. Thankfully she was extremely sweet and polite like she was the day I checked in. I felt terrible that I had to ask her but she helped and she put me in a room with a bigger tv too and on the end !! I am so grateful. It’s a the little things during these really hard times that keep you going and not wanting to give up. Thank you again to the lady who is currently at the front desk Tuesday sept 3 at 12pm

I pulled into Super 8 om August 7th 2024 around 10:00pm after driving 700 miles from a visit in Midwest, heading for Florida. I was worn out after the drive and the mountains. I went into the office to check into a Room. Desk clerk ( a young woman) registered me and gave me a Key. The key would not open my door. I had to leave my bags( 3-4) at my door unattended. Upon entering the office The Clerk Did NOT even attempt to make another key. She stated that she would let me into my room. She left the office wide open and un attended. She tried my key NOT WORKING. She opened my door and when I commented that I intended to drive to get some food, gas etc. What am I supposed to do? I'll be in the office all night just come and I'll let you In. Not acceptable I stated as she walked away. She asks What do you want me to do Move you upstairs?? WTH I said that is total BULL. She walked away. I went into my room Pretty unsatisfied and amazed. I couldn't leave the property without her Having to let me In . Not happening I showered sat for a while to quit shaking from the whole encounter. I left a few hours later.. I called the Motel upon arrival in Florida. I explained what My Unsatisfactory Experience was Like. After multiple conversations over 3 plus weeks I was assured that there would be a refund and consequences for this experience. I stated that I would wait for refund, not write a bad review for a period of time. Time ran out way before I contacted Credit Card company, waited to write this review. A response after waiting would have prevented this Truthful, precise , and Blunt Review. I am know Only for Glowing reviews 99.9% of the time Now ,it is weeks after I added this Honest , informative, painful story. I still have not received my refund that the Manager told the Desk to tell me She Had Authorized. I waited and contacted the "Hotel " Again still giving them a chance to make good on Assurances that a Refund would be showing up. No Communication from Manager or supervisor. I did finally dispute the change with my credit card company. I decided to go with another Attempt then contacted Wyndham Customer Care Corp. Within an hour or two Magically I found Someone at Super 8 Wyndham Ringgold/ Chattanooga put through the Room Charge Again . Like adding Insult to Injury. Absolutely Retaliation. 💯 % Absolutely an Unpleasant experience, Unprofessional and possibly an illegal Punishable Action. I immediately updated Wyndham Customer Care.

Okay, after reading the reviews and 3rd party site, I did know that they wanted a $100 deposit. This must be in cash unless you just walk in with no reservation. I came to terms with this and said I'll have to find an atm. There is one across the hwy. I paid the fees to get crisp beautiful $20s. I drove back to the location and tried to check in. The front desk told me she canceled it and I need to rebook. I called the 3rd party site and got a refund, then ran. Do not stay here as they do not want the business. I can't remark on the bug issues the other reviews talked about as i couldn't even deal with the front desk. Super 8 by Wyndham, check this place. They give you a bad name.

The room was quite nice! It was also very clean!! The only concern I have is that their website was not working correctly, I had to try 3 times to get any confirmation number, and then when I arrived, they told me I had 3 rooms reserved. She offered to call them the next day (because it was a Sunday) to make sure the other 2 got canceled and not charged....I certainly hope that she keeps her word. As long as that happens as promised, it's a great place to stay!

The lady at the front desk answered a personal phone call while we were waiting for her to check us in. She was very friendly tho. The whole place smells like garlic (?) It's not as strong in the room, thank goodness! The room was huge, and the bed and pillows were comfy. The shower was hot and spacious! Air worked great and quick. The front parking is a little small. The elevator was quick. Outside noise was a problem and bedtime. People just don't have respect to keep quiet when they come and go. Close to restaurants, gas, and the interstate! DEFINITELY would stay here again!

I was hitchhiking thru the area with my dogs and wagon when I heard about the impending hurricane. I tried renting a room here but was told "you have too much stuff, we're not a flop house or a homeless shelter." I pointed out that people with cats have far more than I do and there was a hurricane on the way and the woman said "I don't care. " Cruel, heartless, and downright evil! Do not spend your money here.

I'm a mom and was traveling with my teenage daughter on a little spontaneous spring break trip. Upon investigating hotels in Chattanooga and the surrounding areas I finally stumbled upon this location and the reviews all mentioned being recently remodeled and above all else I didn't see anyone complaining about safety and/or BUGS! We decided to give this hotel a chance and let me say it didn't disappoint. I didn't see not ONE bug the entire stay! The rooms were very clean and the bed and pillows were actually really comfortable and nice! The beds even had bed bug protectors! It's not luxurious by any means but if you're looking for something affordable and clean, this location will be just fine! Was never concerned about safety at all either! It's about a 15-20 minute drive from Chattanooga and theres some decent antique stores close by! Most restaurants are about 5-7 minutes away as well and there is def a little gas station very nearby! (You technically could walk there but driving would be best I'd imagine.)

Very friendly staff. The manager and lobby attendant were really nice and made me feel very welcome. The lobby had a nice recent renovation. It was clean and stylish. They also had a nice breakfast bar which i was not expecting. It was clean and organized, and there was plenty of space to dine. They expanded the lobby into a room next door and added a fitness room. I used it and had a nice little workout, even though i was not expecting to have that. People complain that there is a cemetery next door. I do not understand the problem. it's across the parking lot, but why would that be at all a problem? They are the quietest neighbors. Location is great, right off the highway, but not right next to the road so you do not have too much noise from brakes and cars and stuff. A couple hundred meters back from the main drag is nice. Gas stations and convenience stores and fast food right there. The room i stayed in was spotless. Very clean and well stocked. I have two little kids and we all felt great and clean and safe there. I would definitely stay again.

Nice n clean rooms ,, the shower area is newly remodeled and looks fantastic... unfortunately when we stopped by for rates they were higher then what we seen on line ,, so we booked on line while in their lobby... I would think by 9 pm they should offer at least the same rates as advertised on line,,, a full room is better then an unpaid empty room !! The check in agent was very nice and funny,, we enjoyed seeing the " friends" he referred too !!
