My Momma always said, "If you ain't got nuttin' nice to say, don't say anything at all..." So what can I say about Ringgold Auto Outlet, that is "nice"??? Well, at first, we bought a f250 powerstroke diesel from him, paid 50k. We loved that truck, even gave it a name, Thor! Beautiful truck, turned heads all the time! We were so happy with it, and kept it 3 years. But then we fell on hard times and Thor started having problems that we couldn't afford to fix. So, we contacted Scott, to see if he'd be interested in doing business with us again. Scott came out and looked at Thor. We told him all that we knew was wrong with Thor. Scott even had to have the wrecker come tow Thor back to the lot.We told Scott that we were looking to get at least half of our money back, which was 25k or we'd be willing to trade for another truck (he had 2 f150 trucks for 20k that we would be interested in) and 5k. He wouldn't agree to that trade, but said he had a Chevy and Dodge trucks he would trade 1 plus $7k. the Dodge was priced for $10,995. Scott knew how dire our circumstances were, and how badly we needed another vehicle and the money. So we took the deal. We trusted Scott, because we felt he did right by us when we purchased Thor. We liked the Dodge truck and felt relieved to have transportation once again We sold Thor to him on a Friday in August and he rushed to come get the truck, but we could not get a ride until Saturday. Once we got there, we felt like they were rushing us to take the Dodge and get out of there! We didn't even get the option to take it for a test drive. It was sign immediately upon entering the office, while someone pulled the truck around front for us. So, we took the truck because we had no other choice. We scheduled a job Wed. in Cartersville. On our way back to Dalton the truck started overheating, so we pulled off the next exit and stopped at the first safe place we came to. I mmediately called Scott on the office phone, then tried contacting his cell, with no luck on either. We even sent emails. We ended up having the truck towed from Cartersville to Tunnel Hill. It cost us over $300. We were simply glad to be home safely. We tried to contact Scott again, on Thursday, and was told that he would be in the office around noon. We contacted him Friday and got the same. We got a ride down there on Saturday to be told Scott doesn't come in on Saturdays usually. However, they called Scott and I did speak with him over the phone. He seemed as confused as we were. He said to let him talk to his mechanic. I feel that he deliberately misled me to believe that he was going to help us! In the end, after several more attempts to contact him went unanswered, I finally did and they were NOT going to help us by any means!!!! Fine! We contacted an attorney who after hearing our story said he knew exactly what Scott and his crew did to the truck. Our situation was clear to Scott and he exploited it! My husband posted a review on them a couple days ago and today, Ryan contacted us telling my husband to take his review down or they were going to sue him for defamation and they had "already spoken with their attorney" and that they "know people in Ringgold" that would see to it that my husband was arrested and that he would be placed in the jail with a window where he could see Thor sitting on their lot for sale! He also told him that it was "our fault" the truck tore up because" we shouldn't have driven it to Cartersville". It was a used truck and we should never had any expectations that the truck would make it to Catersville and back. I couldn't help but laugh because that is simply the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. The last I heard, and correct me, if I'm wrong about this, but a review is someone's personal opinion on the experience they encountered with any particular company. They really took advantage of my husband and our situation and that is so wrong! I don't want them having any opportunity to do this very thing to another unsuspecting individual! Byer beware!!!

I had a great experience buying a vehicle from this friendly dealership.. they were easy to deal w/ and the car they sold me is wonderful little ride!! I was reading some of the reviews about them before I came and the negative ones just seemed keyboard belligerent and quite frankly ignorant!! The experience I had was very pleasant, friendly, and easy to deal with!! The car they sold me for my 16yr old son is working out perfectly and is mechanically sound!! I would recommend this dealership to friends or family!!

Great folks!, and very easy to work with. In under an hour I had a new (to me), Mazda MPV at a great price I could afford. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. They are extremely honest and helpful!

I bought my vehicle 2.5 months ago. I gave them $4K down and financed the rest through a finance company. After I bought it the rear camera doesn't work and the navigation doesn't work. It was advertised as having all the features. I let them know and they didn't do anything to fix it. I was also told it had good tires and brakes and that this vehicle would last me a long time. I just had to replace both the tires and the brakes. Right after that the engine blew. I left them a message to see if there was something they could do to help me out and they completely ignored me and never called back. Now I still owe $10K and have an unusable vehicle. It will cost me another $7K to install a new engine. Buyer beware.

Drove from Cleveland Tn and purchased a Chevrolet Equinox from this dealership. We were told that the tires had approx 30,000 miles on them and the brakes were new. Found out once home with vehicle tires were not good and only rear brakes changed. Drove this vehicle approximately one month and the engine blew. Called the dealership (in tears) several times but owner Scott was conveniently never there. Left several messages and never received a call back. I know this is a As Is No Warranty, but I feel a good business would want their customers satisfied. I paid almost 8k for a vehicle that will now need another 6k-7k to repair. This vehicle is not worth 15k. I regret ever stepping foot on this property. Buyer beware!!!
